Homemade Ice cream

Here is what we had for dessert tonight. It's what I'd eat every night for dessert if chocolate had never been discovered.

2 eggs
1 cup sugar
2 3/4 half n half
1 cup whipping cream
2T Mexican vanilla

Add eggs and sugar to the electric mixer, mix until voluminous and light. About 3-5 minutes for the best ice-cream texture.

Slowly add the dairies, then vanilla. Mix for about a minute or so longer and pour into ice-cream maker.

Freeze according to icecream makers directions.

You can add flavorings, Oreos, mint, fruit, etc. With liquid flavorings add vanilla & extract before you pour the cream into the ice-cream maker. With solid flavorings like chocolate chips add when the cream mixture is almost frozen

Makes I quart ( but this can be doubled, tripled, or howevered)

Enjoy!
